via Mail
We will deliver upon receipt of payment. You can choose from normal mail or registered mail. Registered mail is recommended for security reasons. Styleattractions.com is not responsible for any loss of items via normal mail.
For purchases of $80 & above (exclude delivery charges), Styleattractions.com will provide free delivery service to your doorsteps (delivered to 1 location only).

International
For international shipping, kindly contact us at order@styleattractions.com with your location & postal code, and the items you want to order. We will then provide you with the exact shipping charges.
Ordering
You can use our website to place your order 24/7. First sign up as a member to receive special privileges and updates free of charge. Choose a category of your choice. Click on an item to view from the product list. Choose a size or colour (if any), then click on 'Add To Cart'. After you are done with your shopping, click on ‘Checkout’ to place order.
Order Status
After you have placed an order, an automated mail will be sent to your registered email account notifying that your order has been successfully placed. We will give a confirmation email (within 24 working hours, unless otherwise stated) with full details of your order, informing any changes in the order, as well as information with regards to your special requests (if any). Payment details and shipping charges will also be provided in this confirmation email.
If you did not receive this mail, there is a high possibility that you did not complete your checkout process. To check the status of your order, login to your account in our site, and go to My Account found at the menu bar for the status of your order.
To check the status of orders that had been delivered by registered mail, you can go to Singpost website at http://www.singpost.com with the registered article number provided when we sent you a confirmation mail about shipping of your order.
Returns
We offer a return policy for defective goods within 7 days after the delivery of products. If the items that you purchase are defective, just contact us and we will do an exchange for other items in our store.
Procedures:
| 1. | Email us at order@styleattractions.com with the description of the faults in the defective items. |
| 2. | Our customer service staff may contact you to find out more about the problem. |
| 3. | This return policy applies ONLY to defective products such as items that have arrived in less than perfect condition. We will not accept exchange for items that are bought by mistake, worn, tags removed (if any), stained, washed, and other unacceptable conditions. Earrings are not returnable due to hygiene reasons. |
| 4. | During the return, all returned products must be in their original packaging in good condition. |
| 5. | Customers will be responsible for the shipping and packaging charges for returns. Styleattractions.com will not be responsible if the returned item got lost in mail. |
Payment
By Bank Transfer (POSB/DBS or UOB)
You can make payment to our POSB/DBS or UOB account via ATM or Internet Banking funds transfer.
To make payment via ATM, go to any DBS/POSB or UOB ATM machines, select "other services" and go to "funds transfer". You will be prompted to enter our account number, and the amount you wish to transfer.
To make payment via Internet Banking, you would need to pre-designate the payee account first.

After making payment, drop us an email with your payment details, including name of bank, payment method (ATM or Internet Banking), date, time and amount paid.
